For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5.99. All orders are shipped via USPS and take 3-5 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.
At Melburn Co Giftware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us to initiate the return process and we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
