Melburn Co continues the tradition of handcrafted bespoke fragrances. Custom created using complex blended fragrances in a vegetable oil base that have the power to arouse happiness, elicit serenity and even recall fond childhood memories.

The brainchild of the founder and creator, Jzanelle, and her crazy incessant need of a candle that reminded her of a Lazy Sunday Morning. A plain white candle would simply not suffice.

After being unable to find anything online, in major department stores or just about anywhere, Janelle decided if you want something done properly, then you have to do it yourself. So, with a background in science and a love of creativity, she set about to create the perfect fragrance and candle for her Lazy Sunday Morning.

Then, as they say “The madness began” … almost four years down the track and with the support and backing of a great friend who understood (and tolerated) her mad scientist nature, Melburn Co was born.   

In September 2017, Melburn Co debuted at the Royal Melbourne Show. A shop at The Queen Victoria Market quickly followed. Today, Melburn Co has reached customers in over 15 countries and has created custom product for many local businesses and major events. Melburn Co.'s signature fragrances (over 40 of them) are designed to soothe, stimulate, and invigorate your senses.

Melburn Co goes above and beyond to create products like nothing else on the market with custom vibrant colours, marbling and final touches to our candles. The fragrances are available in over 14 different products including Premium Soy Container Candles,  Regular, Large & Spa Tea Light Candles, Luxurious Room Diffusers, Wax Melts, Electric Diffuser Oil, Goats Milk Body Wash, Luscious Hair/Beard Oil, Travel Candles, Room & Linen Sprays and Hand/Surface Sanitisers.

Melburn Co uses the highest quality soy wax and wicks (cotton and wood) to produce candles that have an exceptional fragrance throw and exceed the average burn times of many well-known and popular brands.

Melburn Co is still to this day a home based completely handmade business in every aspect. Jzanelle refuses to allow the business to become mass produced and available in every corner store. Remaining beautifully handmade even down to the labels and final touches Melburn Co will remain completely bespoke and handmade forever.
